We offer two delivery options when you order, 6-8 weeks standard or 4-5 weeks express. If you do need an express dress, please let us know the date of your event as this will help us to ensure we meet appropriate deadlines.

In the rare event that you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us to see if the problem can be resolved or if you qualify for a refund.
Any returns must be made within 28 days of delivery of goods. Because most of our dresses are made to order, each is unique! It is for this reason that we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns UNLESS you receive a dress not made as specified, damaged or faulty. Contact us prior to returning a dress. IF RETURNING A DRESS ALWAYS USE A REGISTERED POSTAL SERVICE as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us.
Returns on our dresses are only accepted if the dress is returned in the same condition you receive it and provided it qualifies as outlined above. All refunds exclude the cost of postage.
We regret that we can not be held responsible in the unlikely event that you do not like the colour of your customized dress. Please make sure you use the colour codes supplied to tell us exactly what colour you want.
If you order a standard size dress, be aware that this dress will still be custom-made for you (to standard size) and does not automatically qualify for a return if it does not fit exactly. Please make sure you match OUR standard measurements before ordering! We will make your dress to measure for no extra charge so we encourage you to make use of this service and enter your measurements when ordering to achieve an exact fit.
